"The shuttle service is such a life saver! They provide transportation to the Airport, nearest mall and train station. There's a 24/7 Family Mart convenient store inside the hotel which is really awesome. There's also an ATM and currency exchange machine as well. The gym was ok, it had about 5 treadmills, 1 squat rack, 2 benches, 1 leg press machine, 1 lat pulldown machine, 1 kettlebell and 2 full sets of dumbsells. The washing machine is super affordable and there's no need to buy detergent. Dryer isn't the greatest, you need about 2 cycles of dryer time for a small load. I'm not sure if it's every floor, I stayed on the 6th floor and it had a microwave, vending machine and trash bins Hotel also provides a universal charging cable that's tucked in a blue pouch behind the stationary. Only thing I disliked is the room was quite warm and is set to a certain temp throughout the building so even though you see a thermostat you're not able to change the settings and it gets quite hot."

"This location is close to the airport with airport shuttle service available. They have a luggage scale in the lobby and a convenience store open 24 hours which was very beneficial. The room is spacious and perfect for a family. "

"I think I saw mold on bathroom, floors dirty, room smelled like bad odor, and not enough pillows or towels were provided. The restaurant was nice and food was decent Staff very nice and friendly. "

"Very clean room, breakfast was fantastic and changed slightly each day. Super efficient check in and check out. The shuttle runs very frequently. Stayed for the first 2 days of my trip to adjust to the time change. Bed was very stiff but I think that’s common in Japan. Air conditioning worked great. Lawson in the lobby made getting snacks very convenient. Would recommend. "

"Very clean. Locker area can be a little cramped when busy. Showers and toilets clean. Pod was clean, but it got quite warm inside. No airflow inside pod. Only a standard plug. Cool experience. "

"4/12/2026 around 11:30am, I arrived early and left my bags at the front desk so I could explore. When I finally checked in later, I was so touched to find that the staff had already moved my luggage up to my room. It was such a thoughtful, professional gesture that truly made me feel welcome."
