"Location is amazing, beautiful view, and great price point. Going out on the balcony always guaranteed a beautiful view, but also the smell of weed. Two elevators, but one was down the entire week of a very busy spring break. One elevator with max of 6 people for 7 floors AND cleaning staff meant waiting for the elevator ALOT. Property condition is worn and need of a lot of updates. The lobby was by far the nicest area, with the remainder of the property in need of a lot of help. The tiki bar was amazing-great drinks and a very friendly bartender everyday. You couldn’t order food every day-some days they had no cook on staff. Pool towels were always hard to come by. Our room was never serviced in a 7 day stay so we had to ask front desk for towels and took out our own trash. Bottom line-you get what you pay for. Every room has the ocean view. And if you’re ok with giving up normal hotel perks for a more cost effective stay, this place will do the job. If you expect a 3 star or above-head elsewhere."

"Room was AMAZING! SPOTLESS! The absolute best view ever! We were in awe. The balcony was as long as the condo! Just stunning. It's definitely our new go to. No doubt about it. "

"Room was hot and ac would not stay on cool- we had only a sheer curtain and no privacy curtain. We were on the level of the pool so we had people walking by the window. "

"It was in good location with easy access to the bars and beach about 25min walk to the pier I didn’t like that the front desk closed so early and they don’t give you any more towels, you have to clean them your self so that’s weird but the room was pretty clean I’d stay again mainly for the price "

"Beach view"

"Overall the property was great, my only complaint is the reserving of pool chairs when it is against the rules but people do it. This makes it really difficult for families to enjoy pool when people reserve chairs then go to beach all day and the people that stay have no chairs during that time. There needs to be personnel to enforce this rule so pool area can be more enjoyable to all. Or add more chairs to that area or a time limit to help. But we did enjoy the beach and pool during our stay. Great location too! "
