The condo was very clean and ready for our staff. The staff were helpful and was able to answer our question. The doorman was so fun to talk to and gave us ideas to eat and visit. The Gulf view and sunset from our condo was amazing.

Great location…map would have been helpful.

Overall our stay was very pleasant. It would have been nice if the welcome packet had a map of the property and list of amenities. Or a map near/on the elevators. It is a sizable facility with multiple banks of elevators, so some additional signage would have been helpful. Great location! Beach access directly across the street was wonderful.

Clean and friendly

The condo was clean and comfortable the staff was friendly. The security man out front was very nice. I noticed on reviews the elevators were slow, I was a little concerned about this, but we had no problems. The only downside about our stay is we could never get any bath cloths. We asked several times, and they never had any available. We had to purchase our own toilet paper. Only one roll was supplied for our 4 day stay.

We enjoyed the fact that the property has a marketplace store and a department store on the first floor. Easy access to the beach. The room itself was poor. The mattress was very old and lumpy. The pull out sofa was an absolute disaster for my kids to sleep on. One child ended up sleeping on the floor. They charge a $150 property tax on top of the room fee which ends up like a 4 star price but not a 4 star room.

We had to buy some utensils for the kitchen, the washing machine did not spin enough water out of our clothes, and the pull out couch was completely broken. So much that sitting on the couch when not pulled out was uncomfortable. Bathroom had mold/mildew growing all over the ceiling. And our balcony door was too hard to open.

The property was lovely, but I feel that they need to do better bout the pool hours because the nighttime is a good time to wind down, and it shouldn't be a closing hour because the property has security. Also, I was told I couldn't get any tissue because they don't give out tissue or housekeeping. So my point is, how is one roll of tissue sufficient for a customer staying over a day and not doing housekeeping? The rooms are too expensive for them not to provide more tissue rolls. Other than that, it was a good place and beautiful.

Our stay was uncomfortable. Upon our first day of arrival, we could not use the fridge, stove or microwave as they informed us new ones were going to be places the following day. The next day, we were woken up by loud knocking as it was the maintenance personnel who were there to remove the old appliances and install the new ones. This was about 8am. The children were woken up as the personnel were talking very loudly, practically shouting the whole time. After the appliances were installed, the personnel did not clean up the mess they left which was dust, chipped pieces of styrofoam, cardboard. Etc. we had to clean up the mess. Then our next issue was with our neighbors. They complained about the couple of shoes that were outside the door, claiming there was a mess of sand (which there is a beach across the street, it is normal to have some residue of sand) then we had issues with the neighbors smoke alarm constantly going off. We tried speaking to someone at the front counter but there were numerous times where there was no one in the front counter. Overall, our stay was not comfortable and not what we imagined
