"Had a lovely stay here, this is my second time in this hotel. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t check in until about 3am but the process was really quick. Room was lovely, comfy bed and plenty of room even with our big suitcases. Toiletries were provided, nice shower. Complimentary breakfast, which was really nice and check out wasn’t until 12. It’s such an ideal spot to stay if you’re flying or returning as it’s located right inside the airport right next to easy jet check in desks in north terminal, don’t even have to go outside. Will definitely stay again when going to Gatwick "

"We stayed in the suite on the eighth floor. The room was as always clean and comfortable with access to the private bar area. We dined at the restaurant at night which was excellent. "

"Not that much. We are vegetarian. The Hash brown, not that cook well also we asked to make a omelette with onion but the chef doesn't know to prepare that and gave the half boil egg. Kids couldn't eat them. THE COFFEE Machine always in repair. Room clean is okay, it could have more clean, also there is no lift for other floors. We need to carry our luggages all the way to the stairs. Swimming pool is good but the steam bath room always not in good condition. Not steam enough. Toilets can clean more."

"Breakfast was a total disappointment. Most stuff tasted like old reheated food, the salami was not fresh either. Most of the staff kinda looked sad to work there. I can only think of 3 that had a bit of a smile and nice disposition, the rest…… We were in a double room with a 4 year old and an 8 months old. We arrived early and the room wasn’t ready (understandably so), one would think they were getting it ready for us checking in, but when we got to the the room, only 2 towels and no soap. Also super loud, paper thin walls and the nosiest people almost partying next door. "
