"Having a laundry room with machines was great.
Note though clean out the lint filter on the inside back wall of the dryer as it was FULL and if you don’t your clothes will NEVER get dry. I realized the second time around doing laundry rather than taking three rounds of the dryer it only took 1. The staff clearly does not clean the lint traps.
Also the room was microscopic. Literally a double bed and about 2 feet of walking space so if you have a check in size bag it will not fit in room....
"The hotel was really good overall. The breakfast buffet is a great way to get your day started. It was a little surprising just how small the rooms are. A few things to note for older travelers or those with mobility concerns. The restrooms in the rooms are elevated and there is quite a steep step up."
"Location is very convenient close to train stations.
Breakfast is great with a nice view of the city. The limousine bus to and from Haneda airport it’s very convenient and efficient. Rooms are small but nice and clean. Staff very helpful all the time."
"The room was very spacious and clean! The staff was friendly. I especially loved the location, it was close to everything and surrounded by so many train station stops it was really easy to navigate everywhere. The views are also incredible. Would totally stay here again and recommend to anyone. Ohh the breakfast buffet was also delicious."
