Staff was very kind and helpful. They will let you check your bags for several hours before & after check-out. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. TV system was an added bonus. The view was nice out of our window. The location in downtown Shibuya is fantastic! We definitely will be returning to this hotel again in the future!

Comfortable stay at Hotel Niwa, great location and the rooms very clean and staff friendly and helpful. A little disappointing the hotel has discontinued the afternoon coffee/tea service at the refresh lounge on level 3, I've looked forward to this on previous stays however noticed this was no longer offered on this occasion.

We stayed here for 10 nights and the location was perfect! It was quite pricey compared to other hotels in Tokyo but for the space, location and amenities the price was worth it for us. It is directly connected to Tokyo Station which means a quick walk to the train and hundreds of restaurants. Our room was well equipped with pajamas, slippers and every toiletry you could want or need. We stayed in a suite so I don't know if every room came with the same amenities but we were happy. Everything was replinished daily. The breakfast buffet was great with a nice mix of Japanese and western dishes. They had a lovely espresso machine that I took advantage of every morning! My mom also had dinner at the restaurant 1 night and room service another and thoroughly enjoyed both. The concierge was helpful in arranging taxis, dinner reservations or any other outings you may be interested in. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Tokyo!
