"Such an amazing hotel. Great coffee shop in lobby. Washer/ dryer in our room so it was so easy to do our laundry. Mini stove and bigger fridge with pots making cooking accessible and microwave in room as well. We were able to make everything in our room rather than leaving to use a microwave or washer/ dryer. Very clean and very sweet staff. They let us deliver our bags and kept them for us for a few days before we arrive to our hotel which eased the burden on us. Even after we checked out they held onto our bags before we had to leave to the airport. Would 100% recommend. Great spot in shibuya walking to shops and crossing was soo easy"

"This is a beautiful property in an excellent location. It is close to Shinjuku Station and central. The breakfast buffet is excellent and there is a wide variety of offerings, both Japanese and traditional western fare. The rooms are spacious and the entire property is clean and well maintained."

"Everything was perfect , except the washing and specially dryers were not working properly. We have to wait 60 minutes and to dry the materials at the end they were not dried at all."
