"The room was clean and well decorated, we found it comfortable and food from the restaurant was really good when we ordered room service. The breakfast selection was also really impressive and delicious. There was a slightly smell of cigarettes on our floor but inside the room there was no smell so this didn’t bother us.
The gym was quite small and didn’t have an Olympic bar, it probably doesn’t have room to be able to do deadlifts or have a proper squat rack. It did have a range of machines to use which appeared in good condition. We didn’t use the swimming pool but it looked huge!
All the staff were really welcoming and looked after us well we were very happy with our stay. "

"On the first night of my business trip, the room smelled musky upon entering, but since my arrival was at midnight, I just tried to sleep it off. But the sheets felt uncomfortable. During the morning, I was horrified to find my bed sheets discolored and dirty. Upon going to the toilet, the bath towels look horrible, worse than rags to be used on the floor. They were terribly norñt white, smelled funky. Finally, I smelled smoke coming from the air vent."

"This was the most amazing stay. We spotted this hotel from the outside 2 weeks earlier and reserved. It is a museum and epic adventure. The staff at every station were truly kind and concerned with our every need. The room is outstanding. Dining is wonderful. Welcome massage was divine.
Thank you for all your efforts to ensure our stay was perfect."

"The room is spacious, the staffs are hospitable, caring. The breakfast buffet located in tge 3rs floor is amazing. The Cheff, Mr. Jimmy and his team showed tremendous hospitality, attentive and highly motivated in serving guests. Mr Jimmy is one of world good leader I have noticed so far. The variety of foods are so many, never get bored. I have been staying for 9 night, surely will come back again when visiting Indonesia."
