We absolutely loved our stay here. The buffet breakfast was varied and delicious and the room was comfortable and inviting. Our kids especially enjoyed the lovely rooftop pool. The hotel is only a short 20min walk to Kota Tua and the historical sites. Highly recommend this hotel if you are vacationing in Jakarta.

The room is spacious, the staffs are hospitable, caring. The breakfast buffet located in tge 3rs floor is amazing. The Cheff, Mr. Jimmy and his team showed tremendous hospitality, attentive and highly motivated in serving guests. Mr Jimmy is one of world good leader I have noticed so far. The variety of foods are so many, never get bored. I have been staying for 9 night, surely will come back again when visiting Indonesia.

The staff are wonderful! The breakfast buffet was plentiful with numerous options. The concierge team helped me with making a phone call to another island and also quickly found smaller bills so I could change 100,000 rupiah and tip my driver. Everyone was very polite and friendly. My room was clean and spacious. The gym was well equiped. I would highly recommend the hotel.

This was our third stay at the HI Gajah Mada and we loved it again. Booked a premier room which was spacious and located at the cornerend of the floor. Super friendly staff, front desk, concierge, restaurant crew, housekeeping people and all those I forgot to mention. Special thanks to chef Yadi for serving off menu delights.
