I specifically asked for a room away from noise sources however was assigned a room right next to staff storage and there was a lot of commotion throughout the day. "What a fantastic hotel to stay in. It’s based in the Old Quarter with Train Street a five minute walk away. Ruth and all the staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. At breakfast, we were greeted by name and we couldn’t ask for better service from all staff. We honestly didn’t want to leave. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service and in the heart of the Old Quarer."
