"This is a terrific option for a short stay in London as a tourist. Excellently presented and a more fun option than a bigger hotel, particularly in summer when you want to walk everywhere. Didn’t spend as much time in the actual pub itself but it was certainly a popular spot. "
"The location is good but the hotel needs to significantly improve its breakfast by providing more continental options and preferably make it an open buffet. "

10/10 Excellent
"The hotel was gorgeous, and the hotel staff members were gracious throughout the stay. "
"The hotel staff here is exceptional! They are 5 star trained. It was unbelievable. I will only be staying at this hotel from now on when I'm in London for the staff alone. Not only are they extremely helpful, but they made my stay so enjoyable. Felt like a my family away from home! "
"Hotel is quite lovely, lots of great common spaces. Playroom at entrance, gym, little outdoor patios. It felt like there was a lot to discover within the hotel which was a great adventurous way to be at the hotel as a family with young children. It’s really charming. "
"As you would probably guess, our 2 day stay was absolutely amazing. This was our first time at Claridges.
Everything was top notch, our room 521 was stunning, a massive room with a really good size balcony. Unfortunately it did rain alot, so we only managed a glass of wine on both evenings, overlooking 'The Smoke'
Breakfast, lunch and dinners were stunning, and really good size food portions.
It's not cheap, but, treat yourselves. Life's short.
We have already started saving again for another visit. Hopefully it won't rain next time."
