"Appears to be a newer development. Clean and location felt very safe. However, housekeeping wasn't great as left one tissue in the kleenex box and there was silverware in the dishwasher, probably from the last guest. The iron leaked water. The shower knob actually fell off when I turned the shower on. I was able to reattach. The breakfast wasn't anything special but enough for something quick. Overall, the staff was friendly, but I will note that when I checked in, he just said scan your credit card here... Didn't explain what it was for, so I asked is this for incidentals? He just kept saying "scan your card". I had to press a little for an explanation. The room was freezing when we got in there. Overall, okay stay. But not great."
