"Great location with modern rooms, free access to laundry facilities. There is a small kitchen area near the lobby. Coded entry eliminates the need for key cards. No elevator, but you can request a room on the main floor. There is only one other floor."
"This is a great simple hotel that is very conveniently located, clean, comfortable and safe. The staff were great. My little frig turned out to be a freezer so I called the desk and that day maintenance came and fixed it and my food was cold but no longer frozen. Yay! And I struggled with the card key and the gentleman at the desk was so kind and sorted me out (it was all in the wrist) and was never impatient or unkind with me. He just helped me. Parking in convenient and food is near by. I would stay here again."
"the room was a perfect size. Had everything it needed. The only down fall is it has no AC unit and only a ceiling fan. The room would have been perfect if it had an ac unit. Unfortunately it was very hot and muggy and I had to buy an extra fan it didn’t help much but it was manageable. I wouldn’t stay here again just for that fact of the ac unit. But if it had one I would have definitely came back "

"Worst travel experience of the last 5 years for me. I will never stay here again. They double booked my the unit I had been assigned and by the time I had arrived, it was the late evening and I had to spend over 4 hours on the phone with two companies’ resepctive support lines, a total of some 7 support agents, after numerous escalations and the same circular conversation that did not resolve anything. Worst decision I made this trip. I will not make that decision ever again and will avoid at all costs instead of risking being left high and dry yet again. "
