We weren’t expecting to stay in the area, but due to an emergency came up to Stanford without any extra clothes or toiletries, and Jeanni made sure we had toothbrushes, toothpaste, water, and even coffee, hot chocolate and tea!! "The manager was very helpful when Expedia refused to amend my stay (and told me it was the hotel's fault) and was able to help meet my travel needs without a lot of fuss. It is conveniently close to Stanford's various medical facilities. The room was clean. The free breakfast and parking are super convenient. I will definitely be keeping them in mind when I inevitably need to return for future medical care. "

"The staff was wonderful and friendly, the room was very clean with no problems. The coffee at breakfast was some of the best I have ever had. The breakfast was not the best with just oatmeal and bagels and toast. Eggs and biscuits and gravy would have been nice. Overall it was a nice place to stay if you just needed a place to sleep. We would stay there again."
