"Great location with modern rooms, free access to laundry facilities. There is a small kitchen area near the lobby. Coded entry eliminates the need for key cards. No elevator, but you can request a room on the main floor. There is only one other floor."
"the room was a perfect size. Had everything it needed. The only down fall is it has no AC unit and only a ceiling fan. The room would have been perfect if it had an ac unit. Unfortunately it was very hot and muggy and I had to buy an extra fan it didn’t help much but it was manageable. I wouldn’t stay here again just for that fact of the ac unit. But if it had one I would have definitely came back "

They double booked my the unit I had been assigned and by the time I had arrived, it was the late evening and I had to spend over 4 hours on the phone with two companies’ resepctive support lines, a total of some 7 support agents, after numerous escalations and the same circular conversation that did not resolve anything. Worst decision I made this trip. I will not make that decision ever again and will avoid at all costs instead of risking being left high and dry yet again. "
