"We only stayed one night, this is a very nice hotel. We had a very spacious and comfy room on the 1st floor. Clean with a very comfortable bed. Enjoyed a nice hot bath at the end of the night. We got the breakfast which was a good deal. I would have gotten a different dish, nothing in particular wrong with the food, I just don’t think I’m a fan of English breakfast style. It’s a bit bland for me, but the service is exceptional. I wish we had stayed here our first two nights in London. I would definitely come back!"

"We stayed here twice recently. The first time was in a 1 bedroom executive apartment, and the second time was in a 2 bedroom executive apartment. First - the location. It's incredibly central. There's a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants - all within 50m. There's a police station next door (nice to know that no matter how rowdy things got at night, you were fairly safe). And across the road, Liverpool St Station which has a huge number of underground and overground lines. You can get to pretty much any London icon from here fairly easily. Second - the rooms The 1 bedroom executive apartment had a bedroom that looked out onto the street. Only a rollerblind covered the 3 windows, so there was not total privacy, and the rooms were VERY bright and noisy throughout the night as a result. If you're a light sleeper, do not book one of these rooms! The 2 bedroom apartment had bedrooms with windows on the other side of the buildings. These were great - nice and quiet. I'm a light sleeper and I slept well here (but still had to use an eye mask to block out the light). Beds and pillows were very comfy. The not-so-good - The room condition is good but not great. Some mould in the bathrooms. Washing machine gave the occasional error message. The baths are very high off the ground so if you have accessibility issues, stepping into the shower might be an issue. The good - There were a few problems during our stay but they were all resolved well, so a big 'tick' for responsiveness."
