"Disgusting! I should have known that it would not be good by how dirty the room was but it was only one night and close to the airport. My husband got up to use the bathroom and when he turned on the light about 50 cockroaches scattered! Absolutely disgusting! We left at 2 AM and I will be requesting a refund. Beware!"

"Was very surprised that they charged us an early check fee at the moment of checking. We had waited patiently in the lobby and did not push for an early check in. So when they told us that our room was ready, we checked in. Only after our stay that I noticed that they changed my credit card. Prior to check in, when we arrived, the guy told me that we could get a double bed room with no charge if we gave up our suite. I ask if that would be cheaper and get a discount and he promptly told me that there was no room price difference between a suite and a normal room. After looking online I saw that it was not true. Anyways, this hotel and brand will no longer be on my list of preferred accommodation prior to or after our cruise."

"This was a very clean place to stay. The breakfast was great and the pool was very clean and refreshing. It was easy getting the reservation and the desk clerk, Robert was very kind, helpful, and professional. We really appreciated him and our shuttle driver, Mike. Mike was so helpful and kind. He explained what was nearby the hotel for dining and shopping and actually took us to places and came back to get us! They go above and beyond for their guests. We will continue to stay here in the future. Thank you!!"

"Overall, the stay was alright. Staff were kind and helpful upon arrival and during the stay. The location has shopping and dining options within walking distance. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet. We were able to utilize luggage hold while waiting for check in & airport transport which were a bonus. The room was capacious and clean for the most part. There was some crumbled up tissue on the bathroom floor behind the toilet. There was also some blood spots in the tub. Otherwise, everything was good."
