"Room was clean , although there was some damage to the couch and counter top. Washroom cleaning product was left on the sink side and the shower was not super clean, had long dark hair in it- we’ re not dark or long haired . Restaurant staff was awesome!"

"Staff AWFUL. They refused to provide airport shuttle service (after we dropped our rental car off early, so we didn't have to allow time for returning it in the morning). The main reason why I chose this hotel was the fact that they offered shuttle service. "

"Hampton is located in an excellent area, close to restaurants and shopping. Waited at the airport for over an hour to be picked up. Driver just drove past us without stopping while all other drivers stopped, got out and walked up and down the curb announcing the hotel they were picking up for. Facility is old and shows its age. Went down for breakfast and they were completely out of food. There were attempts to replenish some items but most items were completely out. I would look elsewhere for a place to stay if possible "
