The room was great, very spacious and comfortable. Staff were great OR very unpleasant - cleaners arguing with expletives in the hallway while breakfast room staff cleared a table as soon as it was vacated, one desk clerk who ignored you and never even smiled while another was friendly and helpful.

I always enjoy my stay here. I love the separation of the bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette. Clean, spacious and is located in a central shopping zone not far from the airport and cruise port.

Clean comfortable room, Great plentiful and very clean breakfast area.. Although we did not need parking, there seemed to be a lot of spaces. The pickup service from the airport and the transportation to the cruise dock. The following morning of our stay was a very clean vehicles and a very welcoming drivers

Clean room staff helpful and pleasant .Able to get an early check-in after two with no charge and a late checkout at noon. Breakfast was put away too early so we were not able to enjoy that.
