"From start to finish this was the best choice I could have made. I was between three hotels and this one with the review and proximity to the Theatre District was a no brainer for me. Check in was smooth and we were even able to check in early to get situated. I didn't get the name of the person who checked me in, but she was great. Mature, Latin, woman with a bubbly personality.
My wife met new friends, two of the concierges. Ali and a mature gentleman with grey hair, just amazing. They gave us suggestions for restaurants and it was my wife's birthday and he suggested she get an I love NY t-shirt which started the trip off on a great note. What I noticed and I am a mystery shopper is that their energy for us was for everyone they interacted with so this wasn't a forced interactio as part of their job. They loved meeting and greeting guests. Being on 8th avenue made it easy to get to Times Square and we exercised so we go to the West Village and to the park for our workouts.
Jasmine in the restaurant went above and beyond to help us with questions we had about menu items we were considering.
The person dedicated to our room an African or Caribbean woman was so pleasant in helping us with everything we needed. my wife misplaced a personal item, we let her know and she found it. The room was on the 25th floor and gave us a great vantage point as well as a great point for taking photographs various times of the day. The hotel is located close to the train too."

"the breakfast was great to just have something in your system before going out. im afraid i dont remember the girl’s name but one of the ladies at the front desk was super nice and super helpful and helped suggest some places my boyfriend and i could go try. the rooms were nice and cold just how i like it but the bathroom didn’t have a fan. we had a full bed room. our view was nice though!"
"I enjoyed my stay!! The convenience to France central station is top notch. Special shout out to Alex Berlin!! He was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. I also want to thank all of the other staff members that I encountered from the front desk to the bar to housekeeping!! I appreciate your hospitality and will return on my next trip back home!!"
"It's a great location, right across from Lincoln Center. Plenty of great places right nearby to eat at. Subway station is close.
The hotel lobby is great. Beautiful designs and spacious.
The rooms could be cleaner. The walls needed paint.
Staff was extra helpful and nice.
Pool hours not listed on the stairs so we got to the top and had no clue where to go or if or when it opened.
Rooftop bar was great. The Gossip girl theme is perfect."
"This is my second stay at The Wallace and the property always exceeds expectations. Staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are the cleanest that I’ve ever stayed in. A great experience!"
