The room and the whole hotel were very clean. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The free shuttle bus service to the ancient town was well organized and reliable.
Everything was wonderful! The room was lovely with a beautiful view, the staff were super helpful. Food & cocktails were delicious! Transfer bus was great!!
This resort is absolutely stunning! We stayed in the beach bungalow which was fabulous but my family stayed in the double dulex rooms which were also fabulous and great value for money.
Hoi A town is a 30 min drive away but the hotel puts on free shuttle buses there and back and the drive there is lovely. Taxis are between £6-£10 so still cheap.
Breakfast is amazing, pool area is amazing, beach is stunning. Bliss Resort on a whole is one of the best places we have stayed at.
I would definitely recommend the foot/back massage!!
With the bungalow you receive a complimentary foot massage for two, the mini bar is free and you also receive a voucher of 500,000 dong (£15) towards food/drink). You also receive complimentary transfer to and from Da Nang airport.
I would give Bliss a 10 out of 10 and definitely come back!! My Mum is 78 and said she could stay here for two weeks!
Vietnam you have my heart ❤️
Staff were absolutely amazing, the place is beautiful and it's really family friendly, there is great entertainment including coffee courses, traditional food nights as well as wonderful facilities such as spas, kids space, restaurants and the pool bar that serves both drinks and meals to you by the pool side.
I cannot recommend this hotel enough, the staff make this place really special ❤️❤️

Fantastic resort
This is one of the best resort we stayed in, everything was well organized and very clean.
Superb hotel, beautiful location, lovely rooms and facilities but it was the staff that went above and beyond that made our stay so special. They were so friendly and catered really well to our daughter who is wheat intolerant. We dined for breakfast, room service lunch, dinner and a wedding reception dinner which was absolutely delicious. We used the spa and shuttle into Hoi An. I definitely recommend the hotel and really hope to return in the not too distant future. Probably the best hotel my children have ever stayed in.
Excellent service by all staff members. The room, ammenities, and bed were very comfortable. The property and view was very nice- we particularly appreciated how relaxed and quiet it was. And the spa and treatments were delightful. It’s an easy trip into Hoi An, and provides a nice resort respite away from the busier areas.
The property was lovely, rooms clean and spacious, well-groomed gardens and a nice pool area.
The pool was very busy most days so it wasn’t always possible to get a lounge chair.
There was often only one attendant working so with the pool so busy the service was slower than you’d expect for the price you pay here.
The restaurant had some of the poorest food we have had in Vietnam, at very high prices compared to what you would pay elsewhere for a fantastic meal.
My partner became ill after eating the dinner buffet (I am vegetarian so didn’t eat from the buffet and I didn’t get sick).
The shuttle bus into Hoi An old town was convenient however one of the times I called ahead to book it and when we arrived at the allotted time they did not have us on the list.
Overall just a very average experience for a very high price ticket. This venue is definitely catering to a western audience with its pricing but didn’t live up to the standard we expect.
Impeccable service, comfortable rooms with lots of space and a great pool area. The shuttle bus to Hoi An is also very convenient but a taxi between does not cost the earth. Really good breakfast. Already planning the return trip!
Awesome location, amazing beach, great pool, excellent service. Very clean, very well taken care of, beautiful territory and very friendly staff. Oh, the food was delicious too!
Absolute pleasure to stay at this hotel, I will definitely come back. Thank you all very much for making my stay so nice!
Beautiful resort, lots of palm and coconut trees. Very green. Not over crowded, peaceful and relaxing. Clean. Staff were very polite and friendly. Private beach. Has nice pool. Place to play soccer. Has nice free bike rental to ride around the resort.
This is a beautiful place to stay. Beautiful beach and lovely pool. Short trip on courtesy bus into town.
The team are wonderful, I took ill and ended up in hospital for a few days and they were marvellous looking out for my wife and I
Fantastiskt vacker resort och ett alldeles enastående hotell med otroligt trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Phuong did that little extra for us all week during our stay and Tim was amazing with our kids. Everyone was just so friendly and welcoming from the breakfast to the pool service. Would love to come back soon.
This was a superb resort, much better than any of the resorts we've stayed at in the Caribbean. Lovely people, great breakfasts wonderful setting in palm trees. The unspoilt beach really does go on for miles. Also it has a really large pool, without all the kiddies toys and flumes you get elsewhere. We also recommend taking the free shuttle into Hoi An where you'll experience a really interesting old town with lots of restaurants. Plus the famous lit lanterns on the river.
Beautiful resort in a quiet area with a lovely pool, spacious rooms and well kept gardens. The resort offers a regular shuttle bus into Hoi An for guests. The staff are friendly and helpful. They assisted us with restaurant bookings and transport, and we were able to communicate quickly and easily with them through WhatsApp when we were out of the resort and our plans changed. We enjoyed the variety of the buffet breakfast and the quality of the evening meals. We had a very relaxing stay.
The staff were incredible and the rooms and grounds were lovely. Very clean! Food was good, especially the breakfast buffet.
The only draw back is the cost of the personal laundry service - it is astronomically expensive at the resort.
Highly recommend the Bliss Hoi An!
From the moment we got to the lobby we were treated like royalty. Phuong went over and beyond her duty to make our stay comfortable. The biggest surprise was when she announced that we had a room upgrade to a spacious family room. We had an amazing stay. Thank you Phoung.
Beautiful and clean private pool for 2-bedroom villa. Spacious room and modern facility. Open mini bar in the 2-bedroom villa is a very nice touch. Absolutely love the spa area. Complimentary steam room and sauna is a very nice touch. Great breakfast food selection as well as themed dinner option. Public pool and lounge area is clean and very relaxing, truly a calm oasis in Hoi An. The resort is about 27-30 mins ride away from the old quarter. I do wish the morning yoga/stretch is located in the smooth lawn facing the pool; maybe they chose the other location because there are tree shades to block out the morning sun. Overall a fantastic stay.
We stayed at this hotel for 11 nights, and what truly made our stay pleasant was the staff. They are absolutely the hotel’s greatest asset and consistently go above and beyond for guests. I can’t remember all the names, but I want to sincerely thank each and every one of them, with a special mention to Hoa, the hotel manager, whose leadership and kindness really stand out.
Unfortunately, aside from the staff, the hotel itself is far from a 5-star standard. I would realistically rate it as a 3-star hotel. The location is very remote—essentially in the middle of nowhere. Every place you want to visit requires either a Grab (taxi) or the free shuttle bus to Hoi An, which takes about 25 minutes. The shuttle is a very nice and convenient option, but the distance is still a drawback.
The spa was a highlight of our stay. I had three massages, and all of them were excellent—professional, relaxing, and high quality.
The hotel could also greatly improve its cleaning standards. Due to the high humidity, all of our clothes ended up smelling bad, which was uncomfortable and disappointing during such a long stay.
Breakfast was another weak point. The breakfast selection is quite poor, especially for longer stays. My 13-year-old daughter struggled with the very limited buffet options for kids, which made mornings frustrating and repetitive.
In summary, while the staff and spa are outstanding, the hotel’s cleanliness, food quality, location, and overall facilities do not reflect a 5-star
Wonderful staff (reception, drivers, restaurant, spa, room cleaners)! They are so attentive, kind, and warm, and go out of their way to please you! We would like to highlight the work of the reception staff, the F&B Manager and of Chi and Vy at the restaurant, and the spa staff, especially Linh and Duyen who gave us wonderful massages.
The facilities and rooms are very nice and well kept. The buffet breakfast is very good. Due to the weather we couldn’t swim in the pool or the beach, but both are very nice. The sea was a bit rough this time of the year, but we heard it’s calm in summer.
Though the hotel is a bit far away from Hoi An, it provides a free shuttle that makes it very convenient to go.
The hotel organized a great New Year’s celebration with food and entertainment that we enjoyed.
In all, we had a great stay. Congratulations and thank you to all the staff for making these days memorable.
My friend and I stayed at Bliss Hoi An Resort for 4 nights, and it simply wasn’t enough. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape from the bustling city life of Saigon, Hoi An is the perfect choice, and Bliss is the ideal place to stay. I recommend booking at least 5 nights—or even 7 or more—if you want to truly relax and explore. The resort offers a variety of half-day and full-day trips that are well worth taking.
As an Australian from Sydney, I found Bliss Hoi An to be a fantastic option during Vietnam’s off-season (October-November) when the weather is pleasantly mild—not too hot or humid and similar to the weather back home. Be sure to choose a room with a balcony; spending your evenings enjoying the ocean breeze and the sound of the waves is a true delight.
I did suggest a few improvements for their dining menu and the outdoor dining area’s ambiance which they happily accommodated, and I hope the resort considers these as permanent additions to make future stays even better.
Another highlight is the free shuttle bus to Hoi An (about a 25-minute ride), which makes it easy to enjoy an afternoon and evening in town. While you’re there, I highly recommend dining at Morning Glory Signature.
Much to my surprise I found out that the Resort was only a few years old, so you’ll be able to take advantage of its modern features and facilities unlike the other bigger named (older) resort brands.
I’ll definitely return to Bliss Hoi An, but next time, I’ll make it a longer stay.
