"Beautiful room with extremely comfortable bed. Great location near a park with nice views and could not be more centrally location for walkabouts of the city, which is very attractive."

"Lovely hotel in great location . Room was spacious and well set out . We opted for a club level room . Not worth the extra for a couple of glasses of cheap nasty wine . We booked dinner and breakfast . Dinner menu had a good selection and what we ordered was delicious . Breakfast … all I can say is stick with the cold stuff . English breakfast option was dreadful . Cold and most of it inedible. No probe check observed in the 45 minutes we sat there .,"

"The room and the hotel were clean enough. They can do some deep cleaning every month though like the sides on the floor. Parking was easy and safe but I wish it was free for the customers. The only problem is I think they should change their curtains in the bathroom as they have brown colours on it. It is the easiest thing to do as I normally put it in the washing machine and clean mine and it’s like brand new."

"Nice hotel though it’s in Gloucester not Cheltenham .. fab Spa facilities one of the best I’ve been to and I’ve been to many . Lockers a little tricky to lock , kept the staff busy unlocking ! Breakfast was good , we had a drink in the bar late, think they wanted to close from response I got . Our room was very good but realised when I got home I had booked a bigger family room (3beds) but got a cheaper double room . I have no hesitation to return just be careful what you book ."

"Fantastic old building with lots of character by the river and in the middle of Tewkesbury. We arrived late and the staff really helpful getting us settled in. We had a good meal in the bar outside by the river. We were there in a heat wave and the staff had gone out of their way to make our room as cool as possible. Really relaxed stay."
