El personal no estaba disponible ni atento. tres veces me cambiaron el costo, no se ponen de acuerdo y no hay comunicación entre las personas encargadas de llevar las reservaciones en linea y los que atienden. Tenían descompuesta la terminal y no estan abiertos los accesos a las supuestas áreas libres....

"Opino esto por que simplemente no me abrieron, el camino para llegar estaba en reparación y golpee mi carro y del otro lado donde pude llegar solitario y muy estrecho. En pocas palabras pagué 2 días de alojamiento y no me quedé por qué no pude entrar y viajé 3 horas que al final opté por regresar a mi destino ya que fui solo a su fiesta patronal… pase la peor experiencia en tantos años que tengo viajando a conocer pueblos mágicos. Reservé y pagué y simplemente no me abrieron…. "
