First of all, the amenities of the property shown on the listing is inaccurate about the things for kids. There is no play room. There is no arcade. Second, the AC in my room didn’t work hardly at all. I woke up in a pool of sweat in the middle of the night. It was 27 degrees Celsius even with the thermostat set to cool to 21 degrees, set on cooling with the fan on high. Last negative: there is no room refrigerator. Generally the place looks like it was once quite nice and other than the food it was nearly a complete failure.

Rooms are spacious, bed in room 1111 is kind of hard in my opinion, no doubt there are guests who prefer it that way. The bathroom has seen better days and the carpet needs some serious deep cleaning or replacement.

Check in process was lackluster, front desk wasn't able to apply a Fiesta Rewards membership discount because it was same day check in; had to reserve via Expedia to get a good rate. Then we had no working AC for two nights and the hotel used the Expedia booking as an excuse to not be able to refund a percentage of the stay. They ended up offering only two mediocre box lunches as compensation for the hot room that made it hard to get a good night sleep
