A lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were super friendly, helpful, and professional. Located directly across from Plaza Cristal which offers many food and drink options. The room was lovely. Courtyard in the middle was very nice and relaxing.

The hotel was very clean and it is nearly to restaurants, pharmacies. There’s walkable to a mall. It is a very practical option if you need to visit Xalapa City and you don’t want to spend a lot of money

Great hotel-Will return

Friendly staff, hot water with strong pressure, air conditioning, and comfortable bed and pillows. Should be described as "Colonial" or Victorian" as opposed to "Antique" because it has a very nice feel and comfort to it and not an old, boring one. Located in a perfect location. Will return soon. Thank you!

Solo había una toalla en la habitación a pesar de que se reservó pra 4 personas! Y fue un lío que nos dieran toallas porque según ellos no tenían toallas! El primer día en el check-in la recepcionista estaba de mal humor, porque su recibimiento fue muy malo, nada agradable el trato. La última recepcionista que atendió en el check-out fue muy amable!
