"We encountered a toilet that wouldnt stop running. We reported to staff and a worker came and looked at it but it wasnt repaired. It took a second request to get that taken care of. Also the floor of the tub/shower seemed rotted underneath which made the floor lumpy and unsafe. Coffee shop didnt have food items, hotel buffet was pricey. There were some microwave food options, & bottled drinks in lobby shop, but very limited. The hotel was full and the walls seemed thin, lots of noise when trying to get to sleep. We also werent aware of the major construction on the new arena next door, so construction noises added to every thing else. Take earplugs to get some rest. "

"Door to room wouldn’t even open all the way (stuck on flooring), tv remote wouldn’t work because tv wasn’t hanging on the wall like it was supposed to, paint in bathroom was peeling and in very poor shape Overall poor maintenance and wouldn’t recommend "

"Nothing that is advertised is correct from the ceiling to floor is dirt. Behind the beds ect. Manger racest against anyone light skinned. Very disrespectful. "

"The room was dirty when we arrived, there was Taco Bell trash on the bed and the sheets had a smear of Taco Bell sauce across them. There was also a small puddle of actual blood in the lobby when we first came in. "
