The desk clerk, Jessica, was amazing! My husband wasn’t feeling well, so I requested early check in. She made it happen 2 hours early, and then, unfortunately, our toilet wasn’t functioning, so she came to check and decided to move us…right down the hall. She brought us the new key and left the door open for us. I’m not sure I have ever had a more attentive, helpful, kind staff person!
