I wish I could fill this entire box with praise for the incredible staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone was so friendly, informative, attentive, and very kind. Checking in was easy, the staff know their building well, which was clear from not just my experience but from observing them assisting other customers. I have no notes about the room.
