"Staff was very polite helpful. The lady that checked us in also said goodbye ,so that was nice. She had great conversation very intelligent all smiles. The rest of the staff was helpful very polite we never open the doors to the pool. The entire facility very clean . Loved the art work culture as well as the diversity in the staff. Had a blast. "The best day I’ve ever had at a travel hotel. Check in person was excellent, friendly, and very interested that I have a nice day. Breakfast is laid out perfectly neat and clean and everything in order. The house cleaning staff was extremely pleasant and friendly. This is a place I will stay again. Excellent hotel."

"Air/ heat was effective and the kitchen had everything to cook but the refrigerator didnt work also there was a hole in the bathtub and the water would cone thru the tiles."

"When we reached the property, we sat for about an hour trying to get the check in info. with no resolve, during this time a young man came out & told us that they had reserved the house. He booked after my booking date and was staying longer . You guys double booked this house, and wont own up to it as I have only recieved emails for reviews, well thers your review, IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!"
