"Wataya = WOW! From the second we arrive... I'm so happy Aaron chose this place. The staff is a family that has owned and operated this wonderful house for 7 generations! "The room and facilities were clean, sleek, stylish, and upscale. Service in the hotel and restaurant was a little cold, not as welcoming as other experiences. Onsen doesn't allow tattoos, which was disappointing after staying at many other wonderful hotels that had no issue with tattoos. But the highlight was the breakfast. Honestly this was the best food of our entire visit to Japan. Gourmet, seafood-centric boxes filled with absolute deliciousness. "
