The bedding was exceptional—a truly comfortable bed and pillows ensured a deep, restful sleep every night. Our room featured a bathtub on the balcony, which quickly became a ritualistic spot for unwinding in the evening while enjoying the peaceful sounds of the surrounding garden and stream. The attention to detail, from the lovely teakwood furniture to the well-stocked minibar and excellent air conditioning, made the room a genuine pleasure to return to. ​Service and Staff (5/5) ​For a long stay, consistent service is crucial, and the Proud Phu Fah team excelled. Every staff member, from reception to the restaurant crew, was professional, genuinely friendly, and exceptionally helpful. Their promptness in assisting with transportation (which is necessary given the hotel’s location) and their cheerful demeanor truly enhanced the atmosphere.
