I’ve stayed here in the past. Since that time they are in the midst of a renovation. Once it is completed it will help. The rooms are large and staff is friendly. I would probably look elsewhere at least until the renovation is complete.

Great property but it was presently under construction while i was there so there was a lot going on and things not working, however, the staff was lovely and you can see that the property is being improved with gorgeous design and thoughtful planning. In a year or less probably perfect.

Overall, very nice resort. There may have been a possible short staff during my stay making some of my requests a little delayed. However, this doesn’t take away from the kindness of the staff and willingness to help. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anybody looking for a getaway from a big city especially the pool access room which was very relaxing.

The room was exceptional so peaceful and clean. The staff were lovely and it was very easy to get in and out of the main city either walking or getting a grab. I loved staying here and would stay again.

The Chaya was a great find. The rooms were super nice and the staff even more so! Also that pool - Beautiful! Keep in mind the resort is slightly outside the main of Nimmanhaemin - Good for a little quiet but a decent walk or short ride to the center of the food and drink scene. Closer to the airport though!

Staff was very friendly. Facility was quite unique. Sort of old school Asian style. Convenient to main road which made grabbing a ride was easy. Even the walk to Old Town wasn’t terribly far. Hot showers and good bed were also a plus.

This was a beautiful resort but what makes It so exceptional are the kind and caring staff. The location is about 10 mins away from city area or about a 30 min walk which wasn’t bad. It’s safe so you can explore how you like It! I will def stay here again if I come back to Chiang Mai no hesitations.
