Pastell is a perfect hotel if you are staying in Chiang Mai for a few days. It is out of the main busy areas so it is more quiet, if that is important to you as it was for us. The coffee and breakfast are complimentary and excellent quality. The staff is kind and accommodating.

The hotel is lovely and simple, with very good service. However, perhaps because our room was on the ground floor next to the pool, it was quite damp and had a noticeable musty smell. Unfortunately, that made our stay a bit less pleasant.

Excellent boutique hotel and very charming. The location is great and walking distance to all pointsof interest in the old town. The staff is very friendly and their breakfast is very good. The room wa svery spacious with two levels and perfect for our famoly of 4. I highly recommended.

Very nice hotel in a quiet part of Old Town. Bed was very comfy and room was modern and clean. Pool was refreshing although a little too public right off the lobby and restaurant. Staff was lovely and helped us with everything we needed. Incredible value for the cost.

We loved this place!

We loved this place! Felt like home. Very friendly, capable, and competent staff. We stayed a week and had a lovely room that opened onto the beautiful pool area. Breakfast was tasty, although limited choices. Good food. Such a great location in the old city. Clean and beautiful!

Great area, not far from airport but tons of stuff nearby. Staff very friendly, hotel very clean and cute. We forgot an item at the hotel on the way to the airport and they even sent a grab driver to bring it to us. Would recommend and would stay again!

We loved our two night stay here. Lovely staff who always want to help. Breakfast freshly cooked and was excellent. We used the laundry service which was low cost and quick, all smells lovely & fresh! The room was comfy, hot showers and great air con. We will be back.

Very clean small hotel in the center of old town, so walking distance from all main attractions. Small pool for dipping not big enough to sit round and relax really but lush. Breakfast tasty but can get extremely busy at certain times as they are also a café. Staff so amazing. Would recommend.
