"Staff were very helpful. Lovely hotel and great location. Parking on site was really useful although it gets busy on a Sunday as everyone’s there for a Sunday roast which was great! "

The staff were highly professional and attentive to guests, providing valuable information about local tourist attractions. Although I did not utilize the spa services, I found the indoor play area for children to be remarkable, and the breakfast offered was quite satisfactory. Overall, the experience was very positive."

"Didn't had my breakfast had to leave earlier but evening meal wass spot on. Great staff, clean rooms also plenty of space in pub, im sure they have 4 different rooms where you can sit and enjoy your meal/drink and big beer garden are. Very good location spot on."

"Room and bedroom were lovely, french doors with garden outdoor view , you would not expect that from the front door of your room and the front area , bit shabby and dated, saying that bathroom very dated was clean but could do with modernization. Pool was my biggest let down, small very busy and again generally little shabby , temp was good , but I didn't stay in for long , on our visit jacuzzi was full of young lads , all friends couldn't get near it . Quite a walk to breakfast from our room/ chalet, so took car ( disabled) breakfast very basic , can't say much more, not memorable. The area is beautiful, river and scenery, cute shops , obviously expensive, train area good place to visit , enough places to eat and get coffee , we come back regularly so great place. Carpark is broken up deffo needs attention. ."
