Overall, we had a good stay. The room was clean and had everything we needed, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout. We used the on-site gym, which was well equipped and had everything needed for a good workout. We ate dinner at the hotel twice and on both occasions the food was enjoyable, with very friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast in the morning was okay, though it would have benefited from a wider selection of fruit options.

Staff were really helpful & friendly. Checking in went smoothly. The staff in the spa were also lovely. Room wasn't very clean, dirty hand prints on the shower doors, dirty walls in the toilet. We had a fantastic time at the hotel with our young daughter. The restaurant food was lovely, a little pricey, but can't complain about how nice the food was or portion sizes. Staff were all lovely. Breakfast was nice, personally I would have liked more fruit as an option but that's just me. Perfect location, with kids adventure activities across from the hotel ( skate park, ninja adventure activities, climbing walls etc) also nice for the adults that it has a spa for some downtime.

The bedding was a little thin for the season (discovered this once asleep as it got cold in the night), and the shower has a bit of mould and water leaked into the room due to the design. The rooms were really airy and the temperature controls were fantastic. It's a bright and spacious hotel, but is super comfortable and feels very welcoming. Staff were all fantastic. Very professional but extremely friendly. Would stay again and recommend to friends and family.
