Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff. The accommodation is good, clean and spacious. We used the leisure facilities with large pool, a good clean sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. The food in the restaurant was excellent and good value. 10 minute walk into the centre of Betws-Y-Coed.

The room had a lot of dust on the shower rail. The sofa on lifting up the cushions it had a great deal of crumbs underneath with finger nail cuttings. The television had a blue mark across the bottom of the screen this will need replacing. The sink in the bathroom the plug would not close so this was inconvenient for shaving and washing. We enjoyed our stay but these issues would have to be addressed. We aren't over fussy but we like the room spotless and a fair price for our stay.

Lovely hotel with excellent lodge rooms too. Lovely bar and restaurant area, serving a very good menu. On-site leisure club is very good and has a swimming pool, sauna, steam room and gym. The hotel offered a clean and inviting atmosphere, reminiscent of home. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure that every detail was addressed. Upon our late evening arrival, we encountered an issue with the charging pod. However, the receptionist efficiently resolved the problem, providing us with peace of mind as we were able to fully charge the car and continue our journey the following morning. Additionally, the food served was both fresh and hot, which was especially appreciated given the three feet of snow outside. We booked our stay through Expedia, allowing us to save significantly on our overall expenses.

A lovely hotel with very helpful, friendly staff. The food in the bar was excellent with good service. Easy walking distance to a good range of shops, bars and restaurants. Lovely relaxing spa facilities after a day out walking. Good central location for walkers. Accomodation was comfortable and clean. Would give it a higher rating than 3 star. I stayed in one of the lodges at the back of the hotel, which is fully refurbished, spotlessly clean and in excellent condition. Each lodge also has its own parking space right outside the front door. The hotel facilities make it feel more like a 4 star hotel. It has an impressive gym and pool/spa, the restaurant is excellent and the breakfast is cooked to order. Also great service from all the staff.
