"The rooms are great but very disappointed as your website stated refrigerators in rooms and TV however NO refrigerators in any rooms & only Indonesian language TV - nothing for overseas guests as we can't understand the Indonesian channels. Also some other travel companies state that Wahyu Dewata Villas have tea/coffee making, bathroom robes, in-room safe & bath but none of these are available. Very nice villas but cannot stay there again without refrigerator & English-speaking TV channels."

"Upon arrival the room was not clean at all. In the bathroom there were, amongst others, a lot of hairs in the shower drain area. When you shower, a lot of water comes on the toilet. No mirrow in the room or shower. The swimming pool is a municipal swimming pool open for everybody. One 100 meter pool with warm water, so not suitable for professional swim training. "I’ll start with the warm welcome i received at the airport from James: He was very lovely and communicated effectively from the time of pick up til drop off at hotel. The staff at the hotel itself were also very lovely and communicated effectively with me, they were very attentive and made sure all my inquiries were answered. The room was amazing, lovely views, clean and spacious. The amenities were also really good, i spent alot of time by the pool. Breakfast was delicious and again staff at restaurant were also amazing ! I took advantage of the vouchers they offer and I did a couple of excursions/tours, one of which was with Bayu. Bayu was lovely as well, super attentive and knowledgeable during such tour, i was under the weather due to personal reasons but he still made the best of the tour. Next time im in Bali i will definitely make time to book with this hotel again."

"We recently stayed at Maya Ubud for 2 nights with our family, and it was an absolute dream. The property grounds are incredibly extensive and meticulously well-maintained—every corner feels like a lush, tropical paradise that seamlessly blends into the natural jungle. The overall environment is deeply serene, offering the perfect peaceful escape from the bustling center of Ubud. Two highlights truly stood out for us: First, the riverside spa is world-class. Having a massage right by the rushing river, surrounded by nature, was an incredibly therapeutic experience. Second, as a family with dietary preferences, we were thrilled by the breakfast spread. They offered a fantastic, extensive variety of vegetarian-friendly options that were both delicious and high-quality. Maya Ubud balances luxury, nature, and family comfort perfectly !!"

"No words can describe how amazing our stay in Marangga was. From the moment you walked in you were welcomed with a delicious coconut as a welcome drink and greeted by the lovely staff. They escorted us to our villa where the rooms and the view were incredible. We got the floating breakfast and the flower decoration for the pool and it was so lovely. The staff truly is one of a kind. They are so sweet and have such good energy. They really made traveling so easy for us which included booking us a driver to take us to ubud center, alchemy for yoga, and other activities. The cooks are so great every meal was better than the last. We had massages one morning with flower baths and the location of spa is gorgeous and the therapists are so good. We were so fortunate to meet the wonderful owner Mrs. Betty of Villas who made our Bali experience unforgettable. Because of Mrs Betty and her wonderful staff we will be coming back to Bali and staying there again."

"The staff are incredible and made my stay perfect. Adi was great to work with and very helpful. I scheduled a tour with Eri and it was my favorite tour ever. I asked him so many questions and we had a wonderful conversation about Bali culture. He will work with you know on how to personalize the schedule. And more importantly, he is so funny. The rooms and facilities are beautiful. The restaurant is good. I did not want to leave!"
