"I stayed at this hotel for about two weeks. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the room was very comfortable. The hotel staff were kind and helpful, and the laundry service was careful and reliable. The only insects I saw in the room were a few ants, and even those appeared only occasionally at night during the rainy season. One thing to note is the location. Since the hotel is in Bangli, it can be difficult to get a Grab taxi. The area does not allow advance ride bookings, so...

"I really enjoyed staying here. The staff was great, my room was so quiet, clean and had the most amazing view. I slept really well every night and I loved relaxing at the pool area. The walk down to the river behind the resort is also enjoyable. The room and the facilities show their age a bit, but that did not bother me at all. "My husband and I stayed at this resort for a week. We were celebrating our birthdays. We had a wonderful time. The staff decorated the room and prepared a candlelight dinner by the pool on my birthday. The villa was very clean with a lovely layout and a private pool. We had the floating breakfast and it was awesome. Also had the couples massage and the masseuse were incredible. We both want to say thanks to Erick, Dewa, Rika, Wayan and the rest of the staff (forgive me if I forgot the names but you know who you are) who went over and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. You all always made us feel at home. We love you all. Special thanks to the chefs who prepared all the lovely meals especially the Nasi Goreng and Anusara soup which were my favorite. Please give our regards to the driver, Wayan who did the airport run (pickup and drop off) and took us to all the sightseeing events. We both had a wonderful time at the villa and the staff made our stay super comfortable. Thanks again to each and everyone of the staff. Geeta & Peter - Florida/USA."
