"This was very cheap and I didn't except much, good for day use before flight during night. Room was overall dusty, I didn't wanna see every corner so I just slept few hours. Shower was very centrally located in bathroom so everything got wet when showering. There was AC in the room which was great. Regardless, for this price I would definitely stay again for a super short stay."

"We were 3 of only 5 people in the hotel so services were at a bare minimum, which sucked for us. The place looked fresh and new, which is hard to do as things age quickly in Vietnams climate. The room was delightful and comfortable. The bathroom was a wet room and well laid out. Don't sit on the side of the bath as it's held down and tipped up me which took a bit a work to rectify. "My 20th+ time stay—outstanding personal service that keeps me coming back! I have stayed at the Hanoi Daewoo Hotel more than twenty times now, and each visit only gets better. For last many trips, I stayed in a Club Room, and once again, the experience was absolutely flawless. What truly sets this hotel apart is its incredible team. The staff members are exceptionally friendly, warm, and deeply caring. The service here is highly personal—I love that the staff acknowledges me by name, which makes every interaction feel incredibly special and memorable. Even the small details are handled with immense care. For instance, whenever I walk through the lobby, the staff always makes sure to personally call and open the lift for me. That same exceptional hospitality extends upstairs to the Club Lounge. The lounge team took such wonderful care of me, anticipating my needs with genuine warmth and helpfulness. If you want top-tier service, fantastic amenities, and a team that genuinely cares about your experience, I cannot recommend the Daewoo enough."
