The onsens were big and spacious. The onsen on the 9th floor had breathtaking view and the onsens on the ground level overlook a bamboo forest. The food was excellent and the service was impeccable! Loved this place, would certainly go back. Highly recommended! "

Manager Mr. Mamiya Haruhi and his staff welcomed us and attended to our every needs, again above and beyond our expectations. Food and service were of highest quality. The hot springs were relaxing.
