"Excellent option if you need to stay near ITAMI AIRPORT. Booked a large room and it was very spacious, modern, quiet, comfortable beds, huge bathroom, outstanding! The automated check-in/out system worked flawlessly, the room had all the necessary amenities. It exceeded my expectations. You can walk from/to ITM in a little under 10 minutes. "

"Everything was great from the hospitality to the service. Having a personal shuttle take you around town was great considering how "hilly" the terrain is in Arimaonsen. The onsens (hotsprings) are forbsure the main attraction and the time allotted to rent each onsen (45 minutes a session) was certainly generous. I've stayed here twice already and I'm already looking forward to returning someday."

"We had both a great massage in the spa. We liked the variety of hot water baths. We had a special Japanese dinner with 17 pots and pans; quite an experience. It's handy that a little shops in the lobby sell food, drinks, trinkets and souvenirs. I liked my kimono and wished that I could take it with me. Overall a very Japanese experience."

"Amazing stay! Hotel staff very communicative, the ryokan room was beautiful and the private onsen was sooooo nice. Breakfast in the ryokan was delicious too! There is a shuttle bus that can take you to the main area as the ryokan is up a steep slope. "
