"It is a nice hotel with a nice view of a mountain and a river. The location is fantastic with many nice restaurants and cafes around the hotel. The hotel room is spacious and clean. Some of the hotel staff are friendly. I like this hotel."

"Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Nutritious and delicious breakfast. Best part is the access to a sports club - gym, swimming pool and hot tub spa. We had a great time at the LaCle. "

Mall opens during the day below the hotel and is a good shortcut to the MRT, shopping, and food court. Staff are gracious and detail-oriented. "We were not expecting this place to be as great as it is. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurants were unexpectedly good with great food and views of the mountain. The onsen was a great experience. Just be prepared to have your Western views about nudity challenged (the onsen is nude only. No bathing suits allowed). Just one thing, the staff will tell you the in-suite onsen takes 20-ish minutes to cool down to a temperature that won't scald you. It was closer to an hour. "
