"I stayed here for eight days and it was absolutely amazing. Everything was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and they spoke English very well. The breakfast in the morning is exceptional. as someone from America visiting Taiwan for the first time, there is always a learning curve, but it wasn’t too hard to get around or understand this hotel. The only thing that is in my opinion not the best would be the gym. While it provides free towels to use, it mostly contains cardio equipment, like treadmills, bicycles, and a rowing machine. I wish it had a little bit more for weight training. There is a single cable stack and a few interesting looking dumbbells, but the gym is pretty small so it makes it feel like you’re hoarding the machine if there are more people working out. That’s literally my only complaint for the hotel everything else was exceptional."

"The room was clean with comfortable beds and the staff were exceptional. We liked the multiple filtered water dispensers available on every floor along with the awesome gym.The location was conveniently close to a MRT transfer station and having a convenient store in the lobby was great.The breakfast buffet was delicious for a reasonable fee in a very relaxing atmosphere. They also serve lunch and dinner as well. "

"The design for the hotel and rooms are fabulous , but the housekeeping needs more training as a luxury hotel. The food is average not up to the standard of a five star hotel. The hospitality is great and unforgettable."
