"The hotel was great and we enjoyed our stay. However, the biggest downside is the lack of healthy food options. Pizza, chips, ice creams and pancakes are all available, but there are no real healthy choices. As a vegetarian, my options were even more limited. I also found the Disney app confusing and misleading. Despite this, the actual hotel was nice and had a playroom for the kids. I think they could have done more to entertain the kids during the day, perhaps with arts and crafts, Disney-themed activities or challenges. The staff at the hotel was great, very helpful and fast. Their friendly and efficient service made the whole stay enjoyable."

"Unfortunately the carpets in my room were soaking wet, you couldn’t walk on the carpet without it soaking through your socks and the smell was absolutely dreadful. I asked to be moved to a different room the next night, which was done with minimal fuss from the staff. Breakfast, while plentiful, the hash browns were stone cold, the croissant were hard as and I couldn’t cut it with a knife. I ordered an omlettle which was cold and raw runny egg on the inside. The tea stand I don’t think was switched on as my cup of tea was cold. We moved to a different hotel. The pool was lovely."

"My first seven nights stay from end April. Friendly staffs everywhere, hotel room with air purifier, convenient shuttle buses to subway station, I only give 4 stars as the shower drainage was so slow, every shower like standing in the pond. Hope my send stay at end of May will not see the same issue."

"The hotel location is very convenient. There is a direct A41 bus from the airport, and also many bus routes to Kowloon. The Shek Mun MTR station is just a few minutes’ walk away. There is also a hotel shuttle bus to Shek Mun MTR Station. The hotel room is spacious, very comfortable, and clean. The staff are very polite and professional. I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"
