"Room was in great condition. Pillows are awesome although the mattress had dips from previous use. The car parking overnight is expensive at $95, however I must say the valet guys are more than helpful, probably the best I have seen. Overall an above average stay. Rooms are very clean."

"We stayed in the heritage room on the 3rd floor. The room and the bathroom were spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the general look of the room was a little dated. Breakfast buffet was great and the staff at the breakfast were attentive to our needs. Gym was well equipped. The hotel was well-located and not too far from everything. Would definitely stay again. "

"Hotel is nice and in a great location for walking around Sydney and access to ferries and trains. Staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed over the Easter weekend and we're disappointed that the hotel restaurant was closed knowing that most businesses in the area were also closed for the holiday. It would be very helpful for so many guests to be able to dine at the hotel when not much else is available. All considered, the hotel worked well for us and we enjoyed our time in Sydney."

"The space was as described, location was great walking distance to harbour, opera house, and plenty of shopping. We had requested two beds, the second was a pull out couch, which did not have linens and it took the girl at the desk a while to understand what it was we were requesting (sheets and pillow case)"
