"We had a great value package that included parking, a welcome drink, late check-out (1pm), and a breakfast buffet with a wide variety of food, drinks, and fresh fruit. Overall, the price was very reasonable. The hotel is in a convenient location, close to the park, museum, Westfield, and plenty of restaurants. The indoor heated swimming pool was perfect for our little one. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. The spa was closed due to the Easter long weekend, but aside from that, everything was perfect."

"Great location, nice harbour view. Checkin was very slow & busy. Had to wait 30mins each day to get a table for breakfast- which was additional $ and not necessarily cheap & them service wasn’t great in the dining area - I recommend eating elsewhere "

"Room was poorly cleaned -( hairs etc in shower) and very old/tired. Cracked tiles in bathroom, dents in walls, leaking shower that flooded bathroom each time it was used. Very thin old towels Furniture old and very worn Staff were friendly and helpful "

"The room was very clean. The Wi-Fi was very reliable. The in room laundry machines were extremely loud. I’m not sure if this is a hotel recent practice, but face towels are not provided. I loved everything about the suite, very comfortable and quiet thank you Marathon suites for providing me with a bottle of wine to celebrate my birthday. That was greatly appreciated."
