"The hotel is in a great location. The rooms were really nice. The staff was great. There was construction in the lobby that was affecting being able to enjoy the lobby. I was charged for a full breakfast when the breakfast was not being offered to its fullest capacity due to construction. It made me feel like customer service was lacking and I never sought breakfast at the hotel again. Other than the construction issues and mediocre service during that time the hotel is lovely. "

Only complaint is, even though the front desk is staffed 24 hours, we had to wait 5-10 to be checked in - as there was no one at the front desk around 6:30/7 pm on a weekday when most corporate travellers will be checking in. Otherwise - very good hotel and recommend it."
