The hotel itself is beautiful and our room was fantastic. Breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner at the barn were all fantastic. "Our room was ok but in our daughters room the shower was cold and we couldn't get any hot water. it was reported to the reception but nothing was done. Also it was on the top floor, we will ask for a lower floor next time we go."

"We had a great experience, everything very clean and great view of the Castle outside.
Nice large room and staff very attentive,
Heating in room not working, but an oil filled radiator was supplied that warm the room up lovely in no time
Also, the shower probably needs updating as a little bit outdated and we were unable to get a comfortable temperature and flow ratefrom.
All in all a very comfortable stay in a large room with great views of the castle at a great price definitively four stars...
