Good value for money. Friendly staff. Room clean and had all we needed. Lighting a bit dim, struggled to read at night. Carpet in corridor a little worn. Long long walk to room. Great location close to Heathrow for our early morning flight. Easy with the airport shuttle. Nice size rooms, clean, good restaurant on site so you don’t need to leave the hotel. Best thing was the pool with sauna & steam room.

We had issues checking in initially which were quickly resolved by reception staff. The room, however, was a little tired and some areas were overlooked by housekeeping/maintenance - there were hairs in both the bath and the sink, grouting around the glass shower panel really needed redone, the toilet roll holder was loose, one of the plug socket next to the bed didnt work and we couldn they either of the hdmi ports on the same side to work either. Breakfast though was excellent and couldn't not be faulted

I had a fantastic stay at the Radisson Hotel & Conference Centre. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well maintained. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to assist with anything needed. My room was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities for a relaxing stay. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was calm and enjoyable, and the facilities were excellent. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed before Christmas and the hotel was super busy. We checked in and people skipped the line, but the reception staff did not object so it took longer than it should have to check in. Parking was also extremely full, as this is general parking as well as hotel parking. For the price we paid for parking, and the time it took to find a parking spot, you might want to find another hotel in the area. The room was nice and clean, though.
