"First impression not good. We arrived at the hotel, 2 porters were standing there, one helped to unload luggage from our Grab, and left them on the ground, not even took them to the lift for us. They have coin operated washers and dryers in site, best of all are the staff, such really nice people. Would definitely stay again.
